Advanced training is coordinated by nationally licensed coaches, all of whom are former professional, semi-professional or college players. State of the art training facilities in Ludlow, MA, include the three Ana Dias Fields as well as beautiful Lusitano Stadium, which ESPN's Marc Connolly recently hailed as a "soccer oasis".

The Club is governed by a Board of Directors and is supported by an active and highly regarded advisory staff that includes personnel from the Western Mass. Pioneers, a United Soccer League Division 2 professional soccer organization, and coaches or assistant coaches from area universities, colleges, and high schools.
