Advisory Board of Directors
As the Junior Pioneers organization continues to expand, a new advisory board has been established to lead the organization as it re-structures to have a more organized flow of communications and responsibilities. Over the past few seasons major goals have been accomplished and as the club continues to strive to provide the best training available, the additional goals and levels we aspire to will be addressed by the new advisory board.. The board is comprised of some of the finest youth soccer minds in the area, with several years of coaching experience at all levels as well as license certificates ranging from national C to A level. Their soccer knowledge as well as business acumen will lead the Juniors into this new phase as the organization strives to become the top club in the New England area.
The goal of the organization is to provide the western MA and northern CT area with soccer at the highest level, which is economically feasible, while at the same time showcasing local talent and providing an opportunity for local talent to advance through the US Soccer system.
