RULES OF THE GAME
Junior Pioneers 3v3 Autumn Breeze Cup is for anyone who loves the game of soccer and wants to continue play in New England’s November temperatures. Play is open to boys and girls U10, U12 and U14. The tournament assures each team three games with four teams in each division advancing to semifinals and finals all based on number of teams in each division and bracket.
Player Registration:
Four is the maximum number of players on a team, three field players at a time. Players may only play on one team per division. There are no goalkeepers. Rosters cannot be changed once play has started.
Field Dimensions:
Length: Approx. 35-40 yards
Width: Approx. 25-30 yards
Goal Box:
The goal box is 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep. Players are not allowed to touch the ball in the box. The goals are 6 feet by 4 feet.
Goal Scoring:
A goal may be scored only from a touch within the team's offensive half of the field.
Uniforms:
All players must wear jerseys/ shirts during play and each team must have both a light & dark color jersey/shirt. Referees and/or Field Marshals will designate which team is which color at the beginning of each match. Shinguards are mandatory

Game Duration:
The game consists of two 12 minute halves separated by a 2 minute half-time period or the first team to lead by 10 goals, whichever comes first. No time-outs!
Penalty Kicks:
It is a direct kick taken from the middle of the half-field line.
Kick-Ins:
All are indirect and the ball is kicked into play from the sidelines rather than thrown in.
Off-sides:
There are no off-sides in the game 3v3.
Slide Tacking:
There are no slide tackles permitted and a penalty kick will be awarded.
Registration:
All Participants must show MYSA card or Birth Certificate at time of Registration or as requested by the Tournament Director.
Weather Policy:
In case of adverse weather or unplayable field conditions, the Tournament Director reserves the right to delay play, reduce game time and/ or cancel games.
